Tottenham loanee Troy Parrott secured an outstanding hat-trick for Excelsior Rotterdam, propelling the club closer to Eredivisie safety in a crucial showdown.

Currently involved in the relegation/promotion play-offs after finishing 16th in the Eredivisie table, Excelsior faced a pivotal clash against Den Haag.

However, Excelsior made a resounding statement, thrashing their opponents with a remarkable 7-0 win, with Parrott emerging as the star of the show.
