Manchester City defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis is attracting Premier League interest.

The youngster spent last season on-loan with Burnley, helping them to promotion from the Championship.

City are willing to sell Harwood-Bellis at a starting price of 15m, says BBC Sport.

Both West Ham and Fulham have asked about the 21 year-old as they seek a new centre-half signing.

Harwood-Bellis is on a short break having just helped England win the U21 Euros in Georgia.
