It's important to note that the bonus bet value corresponds to your first cash wager of the day. If you opt-in and place a cash bet of $10, you'll get $10 in bonus bets at the end of the day. A $20 cash bet starting out earns you $20 in bonus bets.

As noted, the max daily value for each offer is $100, thus if you place a $100 cash bet to start the day after opting-in, you'll get $100 in bonus bets at the end of the day.
