Surfers Dodge Jet Ski at Crowded Pipeline: ‘Can’t Believe This Happened’ (Video)

Despite the video headline claiming Pipeline, the incident happened at Off the Wall. And prior to paddling out, as he always does, JOB gave a conditions update:

“Today’s firing. Oh, the bombs. Just barrels. Nuggeting. We’ll see…go scoop a couple.”

The crowd was heavy, but the waves were pretty pumping. JOB and other North Shore heavies snuck into quite a few heaving tubes. After the session, JOB gave this recap:

“We just wrapped up a session at Off the Wall. It was super fun. Got some waves on the Tokoro [surfboard], then paddled out and packed a couple on the Fun Day board. Nothing crazy. Epic waves, great morning at Off the Wall. Can’t complain.”

As for the jet ski situation, JOB failed to mention anything about it. Just another typical day on the North Shore of Oahu. Wild, crazy, action-packed.
