The ATP 250 Delray Beach Open is heating up as we head into the semifinal weekend, and the matchups promise plenty of drama under the Florida lights. With a spot in the final on the line, in-form Americans and determined challengers are ready to battle it out on hard courts that reward aggressive, confident tennis. Here’s a closer look at what to expect from Saturday’s clashes.

ATP 250 Delray Beach semifinals

Cobolli – Korda: 21.02.2026 21:00 CEST
H2H: 0-2

Flavio Cobolli has lost three of his last five matches. The Italian struggled since the beginning of the season. However, this week in Delray Beach, Cobolli played well. In the opening match, Cobolli defeated Atmane in straight sets. He lost his serve only once. Cobolli outlasted Wong in the quarterfinals in three tight sets. He could have closed out the match in straight sets, but he failed to convert two match points in the second set tiebreak.

Sebastian Korda has won four of his last five matches. Last week in Dallas, Korda lost to Fritz in the quarterfinals in three tight sets. This week in Delray Beach, the American defeated McDonald in the opening round in straight sets. He offered and saved two breakpoints. In the second round, Korda won against Michelsen in straight sets. In the second set, Korda trailed 3-5 and saved four set points. Yesterday in the quarterfinals, he turned the match around against Ruud after losing the opening set 4-6.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Korda is the favourite in this matchup, and we agree. Cobolli had a favourable draw so far. However, this will be his toughest challenge so far this week. Korda is in solid form and enjoys playing on hard courts. He leads 2-1 in head-to-head meetings against Cobolli, and we expect him to prolong this winning streak.

That being said, Korda covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Paul – Tien: 22.02.2026 02:00 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Tommy Paul has won four of his last five matches. This week in Delray Beach, Paul had his toughest challenge in the opening round against Moutet. He won in three tight sets, after losing the opening set 4-6. In the second round, Paul defeated Walton in straight sets. He saved five set points in the opening set. The American upset Fritz in the quarterfinals, winning in straight sets.

Learner Tien has won three of his last five matches. Last week in Dallas, Tien lost to Cilic in the opening round in straight sets. This week in Delray Beach, Tien won the opening match against Kecmanovic in three tight sets. Kecmanovic served for the match in the deciding set, but Tien turned it around. He defeated Tiafoe in the quarterfinals in three tight sets. Tien saved consecutive set points in the opening set.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Paul is the slight favourite in this matchup, and we agree. His form gradually improved throughout the week. On the other hand, Tien struggled in both matches and could have easily lost both. We expect Paul to be a better player tonight.

That being said, Paul winning is a value bet.
