The ATP 500 action in Doha is heating up, and Thursday’s quarterfinals promise some serious fireworks. Stefanos Tsitsipas and Andrey Rublev are set to clash in what looks like a coin-flip battle on paper, while Jiri Lehecka takes on Arthur Fils in another intriguing matchup. With big names finding form and confidence building after strong early-round performances, both matches have all the ingredients for high-level tennis and tight moments. Here’s a closer look at where the value might lie.

ATP 500 Doha quarterfinals

Tsitsipas – Rublev: 19.02.2026 13:00 CEST
H2H: 7-7

Stefanos Tsitsipas has won four of his last five matches. This week in Doha, Tsitsipas defeated Echargui in the opening round in straight sets. He served well, not offering any breakpoints. In the 1/8-Finals, Tsitsipas upset Medvedev in straight sets. Once again, Tsitsipas served well, not offering any breakpoints. Last season in Doha, Medjedovic upset him in the opening round in three tight sets.

Andrey Rublev has won four of his last five matches. The Russian is a two-time champion here in Doha. This week in Doha, Rublev defeated de Jong in the opening round in straight sets. He trailed 0-3 in the opening set, but turned it around. In the second round, Rublev demolished Marozsan in straight sets. He served well, not offering any breakpoints. Last season, Rublev defeated Draper in the final in three tight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, this will be an almost 50-50 matchup, but we disagree. Rublev dominated in both matches in straight sets. He enjoys playing in Doha, and we expect him to be a better player in this matchup.

That being said, Rublev winning is a value bet.

Lehecka – Fils: 19.02.2026 14:30 CEST
H2H: 1-1

Jiri Lehecka has won three of his last five matches. This week in Doha, Lehecka beat Brooksby in the opening round in straight sets. He was great on return, breaking Brooksby´s serve four times. In the second round, the Czech demolished Bergs in straight sets as we predicted. He offered and saved three breakpoints. Last season in Doha, Lehecka lost to Draper in the semifinals in three tight sets.

Arthur Fils has won three of his last five matches. This week in Doha, the Frenchman defeated Majchrzak in the opening round in three tight sets after losing the opening set 6-7. In the second round, Fils defeated Halys in straight sets. He even saved one set point in the second set tiebreak. The Frenchman is doing well on his comeback trail after returning from a longer injury break.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Lehecka is the slight favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He dominated in both matches this week, especially in the second round. On the other hand, Fils is slowly but surely returning to his best form. However, he still needs time to return to his peak level. We expect Lehecka to be a better player tomorrow.

That being said, Lehecka winning is a value bet.
