Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu have responded to the news that they will be playing on the same bill again at an exhibition event in Miami this December.

There was a lot of excitement around their doubles debut at the US Open, but their run ended early with a first-round loss to Jack Draper and Jessica Pegula.

Two of the most popular names in tennis right now, Raducanu and Alcaraz are going to team up once more for an exhibition match at loanDepot park in Miami on 8 December.

Both players shared messages with fans after the announcement, looking ahead to what should be an entertaining event.

Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu are set to take part in the Miami Invitational, where they will be joined by Joao Fonseca and Amanda Anisimova.

The event will feature two singles matches, including a first-ever meeting between Alcaraz and Fonseca that fans have been looking forward to.

Both Alcaraz and Raducanu have spoken to fans ahead of the exhibition event in Miami later this year.

“I love playing in Miami – the fans always bring incredible energy,” said Alcaraz, who won the Miami Masters title in 2022.

Raducanu also shared her excitement about the upcoming exhibition match.

“This event will be electric, and I’m excited to bring my best to Miami alongside three incredible stars of the game,” she said.

Emma Raducanu and Carlos Alcaraz to feature in two December exhibitions

Alcaraz and Raducanu have a busy December ahead, with another exhibition lined up in the United States before their Miami appearance.

Raducanu will face Anisimova again, while the Spaniard is set to play Frances Tiafoe on the east coast of America.

The match at Newark’s Prudential Center takes place on 7 December, just three weeks after the ATP Tour Finals wrap up.

The short turnaround means both players are cutting into their already brief off-season before heading to Australia in January.
