
Chris Eubanks recalled some of his best moments as a Professional Tennis player while announcing his retirement from the highest level. Eubanks regarded himself to be a blessed man, given that he was allowed to pursue his dream and even achieve it. While he wasn't sure if it was the absolute end of his career, Eubanks seemed content with his career so far.
"If you had told this little boy from the Southside of Atlanta that he would've accomplished all that he did, he wouldn't believe you. 2 Time ACC Player of the Year? Yeah right. Wimbledon Quarter-finalist? No chance. An Olympian? Unfathomable," Eubanks recalled some of the best moments of his career.
The star player noted some of the milestones of his career, like playing in the Olympics, making it to the Quarterfinals of Wimbledon, and so on. The veteran was grateful for the opportunities he got to play at the highest level. He indirectly thanked people who made it possible for him to play Tennis for a long time and was blessed for the same.
"I was given the opportunity to travel around the world and form incredible relationships, all while fulfilling a lifelong dream of playing professional tennis. I can't put into words how blessed I have been," Eubanks added in his statement.
While he wasn't sure if it was the absolute end of his career, Eubanks seemed content with his career so far. "Is this absolutely the end?! Tough to say for certain. But if it is, WHOOPTY DOO!!! It's been an incredible ride," Eubanks added in his statement about his retirement.
