Felix Auger-Aliassime signs up to 2026 event that he’s yet to win in his career

Big things are expected of Felix Auger-Aliassime in 2026 after the Canadian ended last season inside the top five.

Auger-Aliassime won three ATP Tour titles in 2025 at the Adelaide International, Open Occitanie, and the European Open.

The Canadian impressed on hard courts last season and he is many fans’ pick to dislodge the dominance from Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.

After playing the United Cup for Canada, Auger-Aliassime has added another tournament to his schedule later on in the year.

Felix Auger-Aliassime signs up to the Hamburg Open

Auger-Aliassime has joined Alexander Zverev by signing up for the Hamburg Open, which takes place on the clay court swing.

The Canadian is no stranger to the German tournament, having reached the semi-finals of the event in 2025.

The star suffered a defeat to Andrey Rublev in the semi-final, who was eventually defeated by Flavio Cobolli in the final.

He had previously beaten Daniel Altmaier, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, and Alexandre Muller to reach the semi-final.

Auger-Aliassime’s only other appearance at the tournament came in 2020 when he lost in the second round to Alexander Bublik, who was a lucky loser.

What other events has Felix Auger-Aliassime signed up for so far?

The 2026 season is in full swing and Auger-Aliassime’s next tournament will be at the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open.

The Canadian will fancy his chances on the Aussie hard court, where he will be looking to build upon his best-ever performance in 2022 when he reached the quarter-final.

Auger-Aliassime has also signed up for the Rotterdam Open, which takes place between 9 and 15 February.

The event takes place on an indoor hard-court, which Auger-Aliassime has specialised in over the years, so he will be hopeful of a strong result.

The 25-year-old is yet to sign up to any other tournaments, although he will surely flesh out his schedule after the Australian Open.
