A week before his comeback on the ATP Tour following a three-month suspension for a Clostebol case , World No. 1 Jannik Sinner announced the launch of his foundation, the Jannik Sinner Foundation. It is a non-profit organization committed to supporting and inspiring new generations through education and sport.
“I want to give back. Kids are our future, and everything we do in the foundation is rooted in helping them,” Sinner shared on social media.

The Jannik Sinner Foundation was born from the belief that education and sports can change a child’s life. Sinner’s own story is living proof of this.
“Long before the trophies and titles, before the world knew his name, there was just a seven-year-old boy from Italy with a racket almost too heavy to hold,” Sinner’s website reads. “As he grew, so did his love for the game. With support from his family, coaches, mentors, and community, he played — and he kept playing — until one day, he became World No. 1.”
It continues: “Now, immensely grateful for all he has received, Jannik is eager to give back. By founding the Jannik Sinner Foundation, he is committed to empowering the next generation through education and sports.”
The Foundation is backed by a highly esteemed board. Alex Vittur, Sinner’s close friend and manager, serves as chairman of the board of directors. Other notable members include Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, and Luca Maestri, former CFO of Apple. Christina Tauber has been appointed as the Foundation’s director.
“Our mission is to support early childhood education and facilitate access to sports by supporting sports organizations, school projects, and community initiatives,” reads the Foundation’s website.
“In this way, we aim to contribute to the education, personal growth, and future success of children. Because when movement becomes a habit, thriving becomes second nature,” Sinner explained.
“The idea is simple: I want to give back a little of what I have received,” he added. “Children are the future, and with our foundation, we want to help them. We focus on development through sports and education. It has always been something we believed in. I can give something back, help them along the way. We want to give them a hand to make their dreams come true.”
