It was a year of first-time champions at the 2026 French Open. While Alexander Zverev finally got his first Major championship of his career on the men’s side, Mirra Andreeva defeated Maja Chwalinska to win hers at Roland Garros.
But the two titles came after slightly different waits. While Zverev set an Open Era-record for most wins at a Major before his first title, Andreeva captured her first at just 19 years old. The win made her the youngest French Open champion since Monica Seles’ three-peat from 1990-92.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the women’s singles French Open champions in the Open Era (since 1968) can you name in six minutes?
Good luck!
