She is chasing her first WTA singles title, having lost the last two finals; she will hope the third time is the charm.

Leylah Fernandez demonstrated great resilience in overcoming a gruelling match against Elena Rybakina in the semifinals, which lasted over three hours. There were three tiebreaks in the match, with Fernadez winning the last two in inspired fashion. She is in her seventh career finals and first of the season. Fernandez is looking to win a first title since 2023 and fourth overall.
