13 New Games Coming to Xbox Game Pass!

There are 13 exciting new games being added to Xbox Game Pass this month. There are some exciting additions this month, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, and Peppa Pig: World Adventures. If you haven’t checked out Game Pass yet, now is the time!

1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

This title drops today, September 17. It is the sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. In this edition, Captain Price and Task Force 141 face a particularly daunting threat. They must fight an ultranationalist war criminal in a battle the likes of which have never been seen before. It features both multi and single-player modes. You no longer have to access the Call of Duty HQ Launcher, either. You can download and install the game as a standalone title on Game Pass.

2. Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor

This game is also available today. Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor offers more of what you love from Deep Rock: aliens, mining, and unlocking upgrades. This is a single-player game where you play in survival mode with an auto-shooter. You play a dwarf in this action shooter game.

3. RoadCraft

As far as new games go, Roadcraft is the oldest. It was released yesterday and is a disaster relief and reconstruction simulator. You manage a disaster recovery company. The game is essentially meant for playing with friends but also stands solidly on its own.

4. For The King II

This game is released today. New games abound!  This game in particular is a tactical role-playing game. You must battle against a tyrannical Queen who has turned against her people. You inhabit a world called Fahrul where you must build alliances.  You can create up to 4-player parties, but this game can also be played solo.

5. Overthrown

Yet another one of the new games coming out today. Overthrown offers both single and multiplayer modes. This game is a city builder. Your character is allowed to manipulate the world while fighting in anime-style combat. This game focuses on strategy, but also incorporates superhero qualities.

6. Frostpunk 2

This game is released tomorrow on September 18. It was designed to be a single-player game and make players face decisions and challenges alone. Frostpunk 2 is set 30 years after the original game. It is set in an alternate history in the early 20th century. Your job is to build and manage a city during the harsh worldwide volcanic winter.

7. Wobbly Life

Wobbly Life is an open-world sandbox that you can play with friends or strangers online. It has many different fun, dynamic jobs, mini games, and story missions. You are able to earn cash that you can spend on your character and is somewhat of a party game.

8. Hades

Hades comes out September 19. It is another single-player game. It is an action role-playing fighting game. It is returning to Game Pass after five years. This is a Greek god myth game and will have you crawling through dungeons. You are able to wield all the powers of Olympus and explore the game and the story as you go along.

9. Visions of Mana

Visions of Mana releases on September 25. It is a single-player game. It offers an update to classic RPG games. It features the character Val and his long-time friend Hinna as they journey to the Mana Tree.

10. Endless Legend 2

Endless Legend 2 is a single-player game, and there are no tags on the store page for either co-op or multiplayer. It drops on September 22. It is a fantasy turn-based strategy game. It is all about tactical battle and victory in this game. The goal is to build empires here.

11. Sworn

Sworn is released on September 23. You can have up to 4-player parties in this game and it is definitely an action game. Explore fallen Camelot as you battle the now-evil Arthur. The goal is to become a knight worthy of withstanding Arthur himself.

12. Peppa Pig: World Adventures: September 25

This is one of those new games that offer a whimsical twist. Peppa Pig is generally aimed at children and is based on the television show of the same name.  It releases September 25. It is a single-player game. Players can go on adventures with Peppa’s family, but no multiplayer option is available currently.
