Why It’s #3: An unbreakable lockpick, located on Nocturnal’s shrine, removes the durability system of the lockpick mechanic so that you can forever open any door or chest. Ideal for treasure hunters and stealth builds, or even for just if you’re lazy and don’t wanna keep getting lockpicks!

How to Get:

• Proceed to Nocturnal’s shrine and accept the quest, which doesn’t have a material offering.
• Complete her mission to acquire the Skeleton Key forever.

4. Mace of Molag Bal

Why It’s #4: This cursed mace drains 5 points of both Strength and Magicka from each hit and deals solid base damage, making it devastating in prolonged fights in Oblivion Remastered. Its dark aesthetic also ranks it among the most visually striking weapons in the game!

How to Obtain:

• Be Level 17+ with a Lion Pelt in your inventory.
• Offer the pelt at Molag Bal’s shrine, then travel to Brindle Home and provoke Melus Petilius to nearly kill you with the Cursed Mace.

5. Goldbrand

How to Get:

• Offer a Daedra Heart at Boethiah’s shrine (level 20 requirement).
• Kill the challengers in the plane of Oblivion.
