All About the Destiny 2 Assassin’s Creed Crossover

Both Assassin’s Creed and Destiny 2 are beloved franchises and have some unique worlds and gameplay designs. The crossover that was announced on December 6 2022 tried to bridge the gap between these two gaming franchises. With contents inspired from each other’s game being added as cosmetic options. These are all the cosmetic options that were offered for Destiny 2.

• Hunter Ornament Set: This set of armor pieces was inspired by Kassandra, the main character of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
• Warlock Ornament Set: This set of armor pieces was inspired by the beloved assassin Altair from the original Assassin’s Creed game.
• Titan Ornament Set: This set of armor was inspired by Eivor from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and allows Titan to fulfill their Viking fantasy.
• New Finisher: A new Finisher was made available to buy for Warlocks, Titans, and Hunters that allowed them to perform a finishing move by using the iconic hidden blade.
• New Cosmetic: A ghost shell was added to the game-inspired Pieces of Eden, a new Ship and Sparrow were also included inspired by the Assassin’s Creed universe.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla also got new cosmetic items as well as weapons inspired by the most iconic Destiny 2 characters and weapons.

• New Character Pack: A new character pack was introduced in the game that included armor sets inspired by the characters of Lord Shaxx and Saint-14.
• Two New Swords: These swords were inspired by the iconic Exotic weapons Gjallahorn Rocket Launcher and Thorn Hand Cannon.
• New Weapon Pack: These include four brand-new weapons that are inspired by the different subclass abilities. These subclasses include Sentinal Titan as well as Revenant Hunter.
• Customization for Animals: These include a new ornament for the ride and the eagle in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. These ornaments were inspired by the Gjallahorn Exotic Rocket Launcher.

How to Obtain Cosmetics for Free

With the launch of Episode Revenant in Destiny 2, Bungie has made all the ornament sets purchasable via Bright Dust in the Eververse store. Bright Dust is an earnable currency in the game and can be farmed for. Each week the store offering will change and players will be able to earn the entire armor set over 5 weeks. However, it is important to note that a specific piece of armor set can only be bought during that specific week. Missing a week will mean buying the armor piece through Silver (purchasable currency)
