July is on the horizon, and there are many video game releases on the schedule. Typically, July would be a slower month in the gaming industry, but there happens to be a little bit of news that is changing that landscape. You may have heard, but the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 launched on June 5, with a slew of launch day titles as well as additional games coming out at a later date. This is what fills out most of the July game releases, as more games are ported or released for the new console, but even if you do not have the Switch 2, other drops are coming for the month as well.
