Adept weapons in dungeons did not exist in Destiny 2 until the Rite of the Nine event. With the limited-time event, players do not have forever to farm for the Adept Rite of the Nine weapons. Thankfully, we have the best farms you can use for Spire of the Watcher and Ghosts of the Deep. The Prophecy farm will come next week when the dungeon is on rotation for two weeks.

Spire of the Watcher: Opening Encounter Farm

One of the most effective farms for Adept weapons is the opening encounter of the Spire of the Watcher dungeon. Players can comfortably complete the encounter solo or with a fireteam. If you know the routes of wires, you should spawn the Boss Hydra in no time. Be wary of the Cyclops, as they can kill you with one direct hit.

Any ad-clear build with some boss damage should work perfectly for this encounter. Ways to get radiant or anti-barrier weapons will help destroy the Hydra, as they will fire through the barrier. You can keep resetting the dungeon to farm the opening encounter.

Spire of the Watcher: Ascend the Spire Farm

The Ascend the Spire encounter is one of the quickest in all Destiny 2 dungeons. While the changes made in the Rite of the Nine version increase the time to complete, a skilled team should have no issues clearing the encounter. Players can comfortably clear it solo. The one difficulty of doing it solo is that you can not keep the checkpoint after clearing. Knowing the wire routes will help you clear this encounter as fast as possible.

Focus primarily on survivability for this encounter with weapons that can deal with the boss enemies that spawn. The Boss Harpies can be taken out with ease with one Izanaghi’s Burden Honed Edge shot each. Damage supers will deal with the other boss enemies.

Ghosts of the Deep: Ritual Farm

The changes to the Ritual encounter in the Rite of the Nine event have made it significantly faster to clear. The biggest threat in this encounter is the Lucent Moths. They can take out even the most resilient Guardians. Be on the lookout for them, and you should have no trouble. Players can complete the encounter solo.

As with the previous encounters, ad-clear and survivability-focused builds will be your go-to to clear the Ritual Encounter. You do not need incredibly high-damage weapons to defeat the Lucent Guardians and the Wizard at the statues. Supers can help to clear the areas with little risk. After completing the encounter, you can reset the dungeon to continue farming.

Ghosts Of The Deep: Lucent Hive Checkpoint Farm

The final dungeon farm we have is in the first traversal section of Ghosts of the Deep. In Rite of the Nine, Bungie added a Lucent Hunter Guardian that drops a chest when its Ghost gets crushed. The benefit of this farm is that killing the Lucent Guardian does not clear the previous checkpoint, meaning you can comfortably farm it solo.

Bring your best damage builds to kill the Lucent Guardian as fast as possible. Damage supers like Thundercrash, Golden Gun, and Nova Bomb should help your ability to rinse and repeat.

Destiny 2: Eternity Chest Farm

It is a far easier farm, but you are not guaranteed to obtain an Adept weapon. Thankfully, the Nonary Manifolds you get from clearing the previous farm encounters will allow you to have more chances to get what you want. Each opening requires 250 Manifolds to do so. A reminder to ensure you are attuned to the weapon you need, for a higher chance of it dropping. If you are looking for what the best rolls are on each Adept weapon, we have God Roll guides for you to use.
