Destiny 2: Earning the Eternal Title

If players want to become Eternal in Destiny 2, the Eternal Title is up for grabs. Players can earn the Eternal Title by completing triumphs related to the Rite of the Nine dungeons. There are ten triumphs for the seal, but based on the in-game seal, players must only complete nine to earn the Eternal Title. If that is the case, the earliest players can complete the necessary triumphs is on June 3rd with the release of Prophecy.

Seasoned Dungeoneer

Complete all of the “Into the Dungeon” Quests.

Players receive “Into the Dungeon” quests from Orin when each dungeon becomes available. At the time of writing, players can only complete the Spire of the Watcher and Ghosts of the Deep quests. Players will acquire the Prophecy quest on June 3rd, allowing players to complete the triumph.

Foiled Again

Complete all nine “Elegant Arsenal” quests.

Most of the Rite of the Nine weapons should receive a dedicated quest. Each quest grants a Holofoil version. There should be three quests for each dungeon. Each usually requires players to complete a run of the dungeons.

Seeker of the Nine

Find all six hidden collectibles in Spire of the Watcher, Ghosts of the Deep, and Prophecy.

The triumph requires players to find six golden engrams hidden throughout the dungeons. Each dungeon has two engrams, so players can only get four at the time of writing. Once Prophecy releases on June 3rd, players can complete the triumph.

Gold Score Triumphs

Each dungeon has two gold score-related quests that they must complete. The first one requires players to get a Gold Score on the Eternity difficulty of the dungeons. To get Gold on Eternity, fireteams are allowed two deaths per encounter and no more. The other one is the Gold Score on Ultimatum difficulty. The Ultimatum difficulty triumphs are more grueling because Ultimatum is harder than Eternity, and fireteams are allowed one death per encounter.

Spire of the Watcher Gold Score Triumphs

• Who Watches: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Spire of the Watcher” dungeon on Eternity mode.
• Peak of the Spire: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Spire of the Watcher” dungeon on Ultimatum mode.

Ghosts of the Deep Gold Score Triumphs

• Down in the Depths: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon on Eternity mode.
• The Deepest Commitment: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon on Ultimatum mode.

Prophecy Gold Score Triumphs

• As Was Foretold: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Prophecy” dungeon on Eternity mode.
• Visions of the Future: Earn Gold Scores for each encounter in the “Prophecy” dungeon on Ultimatum mode.

Destiny 2 Running The Gauntlet

Complete a Dungeon Gauntlet from beginning to end.

The triumph is currently unavailable for players, as is the Dungeon Gauntlet it refers to. The Dungeon Gauntlet might likely be similar to Pantheon from last year, with players needing to complete several dungeon encounters back to back. All information on the triumph is from the API. Running the Gauntlet should be available to complete on June 17th, when all dungeons are farmable. With its completion, players should have all the triumphs for the Eternal Title.
