With the launch of Episode Revenant in The Final Shape expansion of Destiny 2, Garden of Salvation Raid was given a complete reprisal. All the weapons from the Raid were made Craftable and the difficulty level of the Raid was also increased to the current sandbox level. There were also some recent changes to the loot drops from the Raid. All of these weapons were also given a brand-new Origin Trait called Photoinhibition. Breaking the shield of an enemy allows players to disorient them. Breaking a shield that matches the elemental affinity of the weapon also disorients nearby enemies.
Garden of Salvation features 4 encounters out of which two are boss encounters. There is also a jumping puzzle section between encounters 1 and 2 as well as encounters 3 and 4. Each encounter of this Raid drops a specified weapon out of all the 7 weapons as well as a specified armor piece.
The first encounter of the Garden of Salvation is the shortest and easiest to farm and gives the following rewards:
The second encounter is by far the lengthiest and the most tedious one to farm. It drops the following rewards upon completion:
This encounter requires players to defeat the Consecrated Mind boss fight. The damage phase of this boss is quite forgiving and can be easily optimized with the correct build. Defeating the boss drops the following reward:
The final encounter of Garden of Salvation requires players to defeat the Sanctified Mind. It is the final boss of the Raid and features some of the tightest damage phases in Destiny 2. It is also the only encounter that drops one weapon.
There are two secret chests in Garden of Salvation Raid, both present in the jumping puzzle. They are relatively easy to obtain and do not require any mechanics to solve to obtain it. They used to drop only armor pieces but with the most recent patch they now also drop weapons. These weapons are randomized and can drop any of the 7 weapons provided players have unlocked them in their collection.
