Destiny 2 features hundreds of weapons and armor for players to use. These Legendary weapons come with different perk options. Each perk has a unique ability, and their combination defines how a gun feels and performs. Each Season and Episode of Destiny 2 comes with new perk options. Revenant is the second Episode to be released in The Final Shape expansion. This Episode came with 6 brand-new perk options. Envious Arsenal is one such new perk and is amazing.
Envious Arsenal is a weapon perk that lets the weapons completely bypass reload. It works by “Dealing damage with the other weapons in your loadout allows the weapon with the perk to be automatically reloaded from the reserves upon preparing.” The functionality of the perk makes it an ideal choice for heavy ammo weapons. This perk is not useful for primary ammo weapons at all and is usable for some special ammo weapons.
Since Envious Arsenal bypasses the reload factor and does not provide any damage boost. It should be paired with a perk option that increases the damage of the weapon. Bait and Switch is one of the best damage-dealing perks in the game and provides a 35 percent damage boost upon activation. It also has amazing synergy with Envious Arsenal, making it seem that this perk was made purely for Bait and Switch.
This perk works by “Dealing damage with all the weapons in your loadouts increases the damage of the weapon with the Bait and Switch perk by 35 percent.” This buff lasts for 10 seconds and is widely considered one of the best perk options for PvE. This perk goes hand in hand with Envious Arsenal. Dealing with damage with all the weapons will not only completely reload the weapon but also provide a massive damage boost. This makes the perk combination one of the best for boss DPS.
Envious Arsenal appears on 7 weapons out of which two are Craftable weapons. This perk can be enhanced on all of these weapons.
