Disney Dreamlight Valley Reveals Steep Cost For Star Wars Collection

Disney Dreamlight Valley just released its newest update, which gives fans access to Alice in Wonderland characters. This update also brought the first bits of Star Wars content for players to purchase. There are three items for purchase, and players should get ready to spend their Moonstones, the game’s premium currency.

• R2-D2: 2,500 Moonstones
• Naboo Villa Buncle: 3,750 Moonstones
• Naboo Interior Furniture Bundle: 2,500 Moonstones

The bundles do come with quite a lot. For example, the interior furniture bundle comes with the Naboo Holotable, Naboo Bed, Naboo Fireplace, Naboo Table, Naboo Chair, Naboo Sofa, Naboo Windows, and Naboo Decor. However, to get everything, it is a whopping 8,750 Moonstones. Given what the premium currency costs in the game, this isn’t cheap. Players can save things in the Premium Shop and save up their Moonstones, but they also might have to pick and choose what they want.

What Else Is Coming?

At Celebration this last weekend, it was revealed that more content is on the way. Light sabers and Jedi robes will be coming so players can don the legendary garb of the galaxy’s protectors. May the 4th is coming up, which is a perfect time for the release of any content based on the franchise. Players might have to plan to save up if they want to complete their collections.

Disney Dreamlight Valley does offer free updates, but it makes sense that this franchise would be for purchase. While Alice in Wonderland is popular, it isn’t nearly to the degree of Star Wars. Fans of the franchise have shown they are willing to pay in order to access the content from their favorite series, and Gameloft is trying to leverage that. For those who are not into Star Wars, you can save your Moonstones for something else!
