Fimbulwinter Stitch is one of three weapons that drop during the 2025 Dawning event. It is one of two new weapons in Destiny 2. Unlike the other Dawning weapons, Fimbulwinter Stitch only has one Origin Trait. The Sidearm has multiple highly sought-after perks in the Sandbox. Unfortunately, as a Precision Frame Sidearm, it falls behind other Arc options. However, it is not a terrible option if you need an Arc-focused weapon.
Fimbulwinter Stitch is an Arc Precision Frame Sidearm. The Sidearm has all the Arc-related perks, including Voltshot, Rolling Storm, Jolting Feedback, and Trickle Charge.
Column 3
Column 4
If you want to use Fimbulwinter Stitch in PvE, focus on Arc Perks. Trickle Charge or Loose Change is ideal for this in the third column. As for column 4, any one of the three arc-perks will do. The best is likely Jolting Feedback, as it allows you to Jolt consistently. Rolling Storm will help with Bolt Charge-focused builds, and Voltshot is better when you can get consistent kills.
Sidearms struggle with one aspect in PvP: range. As a result, we want to focus on buffing that aspect of the weapon. Rangefinder is the best option, while Lone Wolf does not fall far behind. Precision Instrument is a solid option in PvP. The damage increase will lower the time to kill opposing Guardians.
Fimbulwinter Stitch can drop from completing any Portal activity in Destiny 2, excluding raids and dungeons. You can buy Engrams at Eva Levante for a random Dawning weapon.
