Fortnite 27.11 patch notes: Seasons 9 and X return

Fortnite OG will be ending on December 3, 2023, and this also marks the end of Fortnite Chapter 4, meaning a big finale event is on the way. We don’t know exactly what form this event will take just yet, but the playlist image is of rapped Eminem standing on top of various musical equipment.

We don’t know exactly what this means for the end of the season just yet, but multiple leakers have assured us it won’t be a concert, meaning there is much more to look forward to.

Unvaulted weapons – Fortnite 27.11

Some heavy-duty gear is being added to the island for this season, as well as weird items. Here’s what’s being unvaulted:

• Heavy Sniper Rifle
• Proximity Grenade Launcher
• Air Strike
• Junk Rift

The heavy sniper could easily one-shot someone if you wait until the right moment to take your shot, while the Junk Rift will cause quite the scene that could potentially crush your opponents in an instant.

Unvaulted items – Fortnite 27.11

These items will be returning too, further adding to the potential chaos:

• Storm Flip
• Jetpack

Unvaulted vehicles – Fortnite 27.11

There’s only one unvaulted vehicle coming in this update but it’s a big one:

• The Baller

This vehicle can drive over almost any type of terrain, and even those it can’t, it can grapple over with the plunger attached to the front of the vehicle.
