Helldivers 2 Hunter location and how to defeat them

Every day Helldivers 2 will present you with a daily objective to kill a specific type of enemy. Whether they’re Terminid or Automaton, you’ll need to locate a planet where they spawn and start running them down. With multiple planets unlocked at any given time in Helldivers 2 – and those planets constantly changing as they are liberated – you might need some help finding the right one.

To save you time looking, we’ve noted a location where you can find Hunters in Helldivers 2 for this daily objective.

Hunters can spawn on a few different planets, but we found a lot doing missions on Crimsica in the Draco Sector. When an enemy is selected for the daily objective it will have an inflated spawn rate compared to normal, so it shouldn’t take too long for you to track down enough Hunters to fulfill the mission objectives.

Hunters are a fairly weak enemy in Helldivers 2, so you shouldn’t need anything more specialized than a solid gun to take them down. The only thing you need to be careful of is their leaping attack, which lets them get up in your face very suddenly. If you spot a Hunter off in the distance, take it out before it has a chance to attack.
