Honkai Star Rail and the story of Amphoreus are slowly coming to an end. Honestly, the fact that it seems like it will take until 3.7 to conclude is a nice change from Penocony’s main story only lasting until 2.2. Gives it a grander, more epic feel. And saves us from the long slog of filler before 3.0 came out. Besides the potential ending of the Amphoreus sage, 3.7 will also bring with it a much-anticipated character, as well as a change to an existing one.
All leaks are subject to change. As such, a full, in-depth, definitive analysis of a character, light cone, relic, or event would be ill-advisable at this time. To that end, I’ll be covering the base level premise of each character so that you can make a moderately informed decision on which character(s) you want to prepare for.
She is a 5-Star Ice Remembrance character who is designed to Support all of the Chrysos Heirs (including Evernight, DHPT, and RMC). She via her Ultimate, which can give each Chrysos Heir an individual Buff tailored to their specific kit. Some of them are crazy. She scales off HP.
While already in the game, 3.7 will give the RMC a Buff in the form of a new Enhanced Basic Attack and a 4th Trace Ability (which causes the Enhanced Basic Attack).
Cyrene’s personal Light Cone. Increases and provides 2 Buffs, one when the wearer’s Memosprite uses its Skill on an ally and one when it uses its Skill on an enemy. Both can exist at the same time, and having them both up increases the power of each Buff.
This is a 4-Star Light Cone that is designed to be used by the RMC. When they have it equipped, all allies will deal increased DMG, and their new Enhanced Basic Attack will deal more DMG too. It also provides CRIT DMG generally.
Planar Ornament. Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG and, if 3 or more SP are consumed in the same turn, further increase the wearer’s CRIT DMG. Finally, a Planar Ornament for DHIL
Planar Ornament. Gives CRIT Rate and increases all allies’ SPD while the wearer’s Memosprite is on the field. Good for Cyrene.
Flagship Event has to do with the Strategic Investment Department. It’s currently called Currency Wars: Zero-Sum Game. Draw your own conclusions.
There will also be a Storage Treasure Hunt aboard the Herta Space Station (sounds like that’s just find object, turn in for rewards) and a special obstacle race called Snack Dash (probably having to do with Ruan Mei’s creations).
