Jester a Foolish Ritual – Demo Launched for Exciting Co-op Horror Game Set to Release Q4 of 2025

Jester a Foolish Ritual is a new co-op survival horror game by FireFoot Studios and Nexting. Players will be resurrected inside a castle, trapped with a terrifying jester that stalks their every move. FireFoot Studios and Nexting dropped a trailer and demo for the game. Here is all that was revealed during the demo.

Jester a Foolish Ritual is a co-op survival horror game. The goal of the game is to perform a ritual to banish the demonic jester that stalks the halls of the castle you are trapped in. The trailer is set to haunting music, where you run around this abandoned castle, searching for items and clues on how to perform said ritual. All the while, you have to avoid the jester and his creepy antics that try to stop you at any cost. The trailer was pretty scary, especially every time the jester popped up. With this trailer, the devs have also provided a demo of the game.

Demo Available Now

The game demo is now available on Steam and can be played with up to three friends. Deves have provided several features available during the demo. These features include:

• A small level made for the demo.
• The Jester tracks sound.
• Proximity chat.
• Jackboxes.
• Three potions.
• All the player mechanics.

The devs have also locked certain levels beyond a certain point, so players don’t get too ahead of the game before the full launch. The full release will offer a larger map, more items and difficulty modes, more puzzles and achievements, and the completed performance of the ritual to banish the jester.

The devs have also asked players to provide feedback on their Discord, so they may polish the game even more before the full release, which comes out in Q4 of 2025, later on this year. Though the official date has not been released, we should be getting an announcement sometime next month.
