The final day of Week 10 in the LCK saw teams make plenty of mistakes. The first series of the day between DNF and DRX was decided by which team made fewer errors. On the other hand, NS made a vital mistake in each game, allowing T1 to shut the door on them and win the series 2-0. The loss for DNF means they can no longer finish first in the Rise group.

LCK 2025: DN Freecs Versus DRX

Initial Expectation

DNF 1-2 DRX

Result

DNF 1-2 DRX

Summary

The early games in this series were slow. It felt like teams got ahead in games because of mistakes from their opponents. Whether it was players caught out in the wrong positions or engaging too far in fights, the gameplay looked scuffed from both teams.

Both AD carries stood tall for the most part during the series, rarely putting a foot wrong. The only exception to that was Beserker flying into a K’Sante to lose the series, but at the point the game was over. Andil was a highlight for DRX as he played a vital part in winning the series. His Pop Blossoms in game three consistently found the players DRX needed. It gave Sponge resets and allowed DRX to snowball the fights and inevitably the game.

Initial Expectation

T1 2-0 NS

Result

T1 2-0 NS

Summary

T1 seems to be a team in the LCK that plays up or down to their opposition. After they broke GenG’s series win streak, they entered as favorites against NS. They may have emerged from the series as 2-0 winners, but it was not a dominant display. Individual mistakes from T1 allowed NS to garner leads in both games.

In classic T1 fashion, they rallied to punish NS mistakes in crucial team fights and won the series. Game one, especially, was in NS’s favor, but an overextension from Lehends and Calix led to their downfall. Gumayusi remained solid for T1 and was a driving factor behind T1’s win. Faker became the first player in LCK history to reach 3500 kills.
