HLE’s teamfighting proved to be a step above KT’s in game one of the series. Two more victories and they advance to the LCK Grand Final. There was action throughout the rift in the second game, with both teams trading back and forth. HLE had a lead, but it was not significant. HLE’s teamfighting reigned supreme again as they moved one game away from the LCK Grand Finals.
After Zeus’ Rek’Sai in game one, both teams drafted standard. KT’s pick potential in their composition means HLE must play carefully. One mistake from anyone on the team could lead to KT running away with the win in game two.

KT and HLE’s Mid-Jungle aim to get their teams ahead with plays around the map. The lane involving Bdd and Zeka saw plenty of action. Flashes were burnt on repeat from both mid laners, making them volatile. Neither team could find a significant advantage to catapult the game into their favor.
Part of HLE’s dominance during the LCK Cup and First Stand was their teamfighting. They struggled to find that same form after their losses to GenG and T1 during the Road to MSI. They have leveled up in the break between the regular season and the Playoffs. KT never had a chance to match HLE in the teamfighting, leading to them going down 2-0 in the series.

Player of the Game – Delight
HLE’s game two victory puts them one win away from advancing to the LCK Playoffs Grand Final at the Inspire Arena in Incheon. KT has a tall mountain to climb if they want to have a chance in this series. Their early game was significantly better this time around, with Cuzz and Peter looking to unlock Bdd. However, HLE responded to those plays and were better in the teamfights.
