While in the Dream state, Ether Veil: Wellspring is activated. While this effect is up, all party members have their HP increased by 4% for 40 seconds. Triggering this effect repeatedly increases the duration (up to a max of 300 seconds).

Furthermore, while in the Dream state, when Lucia uses a Whim ability, it will consume 25 Dream Points and become a Harmony instead. This means they will deal more damage and activate Darkbreaker. Also, when an active character deals damage, Lucia will consume 25 Dream Points to unleash an Aftershock attack (which is considered a Harmony).

When either a Whim is changed to a Harmony or Lucia unleashes an Aftershock attack, all party members gain the Dreamer’s Nursery Rhyme state, which increases their damage for 12 seconds. Duration increased by repeated triggering.

Final Thoughts Before Bedtime

Lucia’s Additional Ability, which is activated when she’s in a party with either a Rupture or a Stun character, increases the CRIT DMG of party members when they are in the Darkbreaker state by 30%.

Lucia’s Ultimate summons a rideable Ethereal figure that charges forward. Holding a directional button allows her to steer the figure and increase its On-Field duration (up to 3 seconds). In either event, when the Ethereal’s charge ends, she will deal damage, activate a Quick Assist, and create a linger effect called Starlight Convergence. This effect lasts 8 seconds and Heals the active character within.

If Lucia is not in the Dream state when she uses her Ultimate, she immediately gains 100 Dream Points. If Lucia is in the Dream state, the duration of Ether Veil: Wellspring is extended by 32 seconds, and she will gain 100 Dream Points and immediately re-enter the Dream state the next time she leaves.

What to Build on Lucia

1. You need to get to 24000 HP, so her DD 4-6 need to all be HP. As for what set combo, 4 Moonlight Lullaby and 2 Yunkui Tales.

Her best W-Engine is her personal one, Dreamlit Hearth, since it gives passive HP and a Max HP Buff. The only other S-Rank W-Engine that could work for her is Elegant Vanity, but that has ATK, so it’s not great. As for A-Rank options, the only one that really works for her is The Vault.

Who Synergizes with Lucia

She’s the main Support for Rupture characters. That means she’s BiS for Yixuan, Komano, and, probably, Yidhari. Stick her with one of them and profit.
