The hope for the West began early at MSI. FlyQuest won game one of the series, but were quickly shut down by Bilibili Gaming to stop their momentum. FlyQ brought it to Silver Scrapes, but at the final hurdle, too many mistakes led to their defeat. Two years in a row, they make it to game five against an Eastern team, but the hope is ripped away at the final moment. FlyQ exits MSI in disappointment.

Summary
Massu’s error at level 1 puts him behind. FlyQ is crumbling in the early game with Inspired losing his flash and Quad getting solo killed under the tower. Busio stabilizes the game for Massu, setting up a kill on Elk. BLG takes the Grubs uncontested. BLG punishes Inspired on several occasions, which draws FlyQ to save him, but they also die. At 14 minutes, BLG has a 4.5k gold lead.
The global ultimates from BLG prevent FlyQ from finding any angles to stop the snowball. The Atakhan goes to BLG, and they push the gold lead to 10k. FlyQ finds a couple of picks to stem the bleeding, but it does not matter. BLG takes the Baron and Chemtech Soul. Even with the Baron buff falling off, BLG finds the end to eliminate FlyQ from MSI.
Another international event for FlyQ, where they fell short in game five against an Eastern team. Inspired, Bwipo and Busio were instrumental in giving FlyQ a chance to win this MSI series. Inspired proved why he is the best Western jungler. While it was an impressive performance from the North American team, pushing an Eastern team to game five is not enough. BLG moves on to face Anyone’s Legend in the Lower Bracket Semi-Final of MSI.
