However, against GenG, leveraging Caps’ lead will require a team effort. Chovy is the best mid-laner in the world and someone who rarely allows his opponent individual leads without team intervention. For EU fans, if G2 push GenG even to a game four, that is a good sign, heading further into the tournament.

How the Day Will Impact Proceedings

The match between GenG and G2 is the first series of the MSI Bracket Stage. The winner will continue in the Upper Bracket, while the loser drops down the Lower Bracket. The first match of the following day between Anyone’s Legend and FlyQuest will determine both teams’ next matches. The two winning teams will battle each other in the Upper Bracket, while the losers face off in the Lower Bracket.
