How can players increase the number of Visions they can place?

First off, let’s start by explaining what the Visions system is. Early in the game, players will meet a recurring NPC, which will give the player a special item: The Eye of the Wanderer. The Eye of the Wanderer allows players to, at the press of a button, create a Vision, a screenshot of their current game state. This, in turn, gets pinned on the map. When players open their maps, they will see a blue eye icon. Hovering over said icon will show the player the screenshot that they took using the Eye of the Wanderer.

The Eye of the Wanderer is a great feature that allows players to remember the location of special items. For example, if there is a chest that players can’t reach yet, they can take a Vision of said location. That way, once they unlock the power they need, like for example the ability to double jump, they know which area of the map they have to return to.

There is, however, a catch. Players can create a total of fifteen (15) visions on their map. Once players reach that cap, they can no longer take Visions. As such, they will need to delete Visions that are already on the map. This may prove difficult for some players, especially if they still haven’t completed the objective in their previous Visions. This leads to the question: How does a player increase the number of Visions they can place?

Sadly, players cannot actually increase the number of Visions they can place. The 15 visions cap is a hard cap, and nothing can increase it. Players will, sadly, have to be frugal with the game’s Vision system, as you will eventually have to delete them if you want to place more.
