Resident Evil Requiem is set to release on February 27, 2026, and became available for pre-order a couple of days ago. The hype for the game is extreme, and Capcom just keeps coming with more gifts for us players. Now that the game is available for pre-order, Capcom has also released all the pre-order bonuses for the deluxe edition of the game. Here are all the juicy details you should keep in mind while you wait for the upcoming release.
Just like most other games that have both standard and deluxe editions available for pre-order, Resident Evil Requiem’s standard edition will only feature the purchase of the game itself. However, if you do pre-order the game, you will receive Grace’s Apocalypse Costume, which is actually a homage to the film Resident Evil: Apocalypse, one of Milla Jovovich’s outfits as Alice. And obviously, the deluxe edition will have so much more.
The deluxe edition will include five costumes, one of which is Lady Dimitrescu, two different screen filters, four weapon skins, two charms, an audio pack (Raccon City Classic), and in-game files (Letters from 1998). The extensive details on what kinds of costumes you will receive haven’t been announced yet; however, there is speculation that some of them will be for Leon, if the rumors that he will be returning to the franchise as a playable character are true.
Having Lady Dimitrescu come back as a costume is pure fan service. She featured as a main villain in Resident Evil Village and became an icon of the series, with fans so captivated by the character she fronted Capcom’s Resident Evil Village marketing campaign during the game’s launch. The decision to turn Lady Dimitrescu into a skin is a genius idea that’ll definitely attract more players to buy the deluxe edition of Resident Evil Requiem.
