Further updates for the Remix Rumble Set Revival in Teamfight Tactics arrived today with Riot Games’ new article. While most of the Set stays the same, some changes significantly impact the player experience. The Remix Rumble Set Revival launches with Patch 14.4 on May 14th. The excitement is building for the Set Revival, and it is recommended for all players, new and old, to try Remix Rumble when it releases.
All sets in Teamfight Tactics have a Set Mechanic. Remix Rumble is no exception. The Set Mechanic, in this case, is Headliners. Headliners allow players to purchase a two-star copy of a given unit. The unit adds a plus one to a selected trait and has a Headliner bonus. Headliners appear in every shop until you own one. Once you purchase one, the next Headliner will only appear in every fourth shop. Selling a Headliner will allow you to buy another one. Purchasing a Headliner also takes three copies of the unit out of the pool. If a player owns four or more copies of a four or five-cost unit, a Headliner for that unit will not appear.
Previous Set Revivals gave players individual bag sizes, meaning you could not contest other players. Remix Rumble is shifting this back to being a shared pool. The bag sizes for all unit costs will be increased to make it easier than it is in Cyber City to find contested units. Bag size breakdown:
The Set Revival sees additional Augments added:
Numbers are subject to change.
Hacks will occur in Remix Rumble, with Opening Encounter and Augment Hacks like the Black Market Augments.
Most of the standard Opening Encounters return in Remix Rumble like an all-Prismatic Augment game (Jhin), Trainer Sentinels (Bard), and more. There will be Hacked Opening Encounters and Opening Encounters specific to Remix Rumble:
The Remix Rumble Battle Pass is purchasable for 975 RP on release. The Battle Pass contains: Realm Crystals, Treasure Tokens, and Star Shards, along with the Pentakill Siege Minion Tactician!
