What We Know About Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions

On April 2, 2025, System Era Softworks announced their new and upcoming game Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions, which is set to be released in 2026. The teaser trailer seemed to have given fans insight as to what the game may entail, so let’s dive in and find out. According to the teaser trailer and the official Astroneer Discord server, STARSEEKER: Astroneer Expeditions is set within the Astroneer universe and seems to be a widely cooperative multiplayer game, unlike their original game where multiplayer is limited to a certain number of players. It is the player’s goal to set out on expeditions and come across new discoveries alongside fellow players. From what we can gather in the teaser, there seems to be a central hub where players may receive their missions and objectives and thus set out to uncharted planets and territories via space shuttles and rockets.
