The Rover’s base form is an SSR (5 star) Spectro Unit who wields a Sword. She is playable in Wuthering Waves starting with the launch of Version 1.0 on May 22, 2024.

Who are the Rover’s Voice Actors?

As the player can choose the gender of their Rover, they have a grand total of eight voice actors.

The Male Rover is voiced by Chase Brown, Masuda Toshiki, Ma Yang, and Kim Sunwoo in the English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean versions of the game respectively.

The Female Rover, on the other hand, are voiced by Jane Jackson, Minase Inori, Guiniang, and Song harim in the English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean versions of the game respectively.

Spectro Rover Kit

Basic Attack – Rover performs up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG.

Heavy Attack – Rover consumes Stamina, dealing Spectro DMG.

Heavy Attack: Resonance – After Basic Attack 3 or Heavy Attack, press the Basic Attack button at the right time to perform Heavy Attack Resonance, dealing Spectro DMG.

Heavy Attack: Aftertune – After Heavy Attack Resonance or Dodge Counter hits a target, press the Basic Attack button to perform Heavy Attack Aftertune, dealing Spectro DMG.

Mid-Air Attack – Rover consumes Stamina to perform a Mid-Air Plunging Attack, dealing Spectro DMG.

Dodge Counter – Use Basic Attack after a successful Dodge to attack the target, dealing Spectro DMG.

Resonance Skill: Resonating Slashes – Rover launches an attack forward, dealing Spectro DMG.

Resonance Liberation: Echoing Orchestra – Rover converges Spectro energy to assail the target area, detonating it after a short interval and dealing Spectro DMG.

• Resonance Skill: Resonating Spin
  • When casting a Resonance Skill, if the Diminutive Sound exceeds 50 points, 50 points of Diminutive Sound will be consumed, and Echo Sonic Spin will be cast, launching a spinning attack forward, causing Spectro damage, this damage is the damage of the Resonance Skill. After Echo Sonic Spin ends, tap the Basic Attack to trigger the Resonance Skill Echo Echo.
• Resonance Skill: Resonating Echoes
  • After Resonance Skill Resonating Spin ends, Rover performs Resonance Skill Resonating Echoes upon pressing the Basic Attack button. Rover performs attacks forward, dealing Spectro DMG considered as Resonance Skill DMG.
• Diminutive Sound
  • When the Normal Attack Sound to Shape hits the target, Diminutive Sound is restored. When casting the Intro Skill Waveshock, Diminutive Sound is restored.

Intro Skill: Waveshock – Perform a Plunging Attack in the air, causing Spectro damage.

Outro Skill: Instant – Generates a stagnation area centered on the character that lasts for 3 seconds.

Passive Skill: Whispers – The damage of Resonance Skill Echoing Slashes Echo is increased by 60%.

Passive Skill: Silent Listening – After casting the Heavy Attack Resonance, the Rover’s attack is increased by 15%, lasting 5 seconds.

Passive Skill: Solaris Voyager – Stamina consumption for swimming is reduced by 20%.

• Spectro DMG +12%
• ATK +12%

Spectro Rover Resonance Chains

Odyssey of Beginnings: Rover’s Crit. Rate is increased by 15% for 7s when casting Resonance Skill Resonating Slashes or Resonance Skill Resonating Spin

Microcosmic Murmurs: Rover’s Spectro DMG Bonus is increased by 20%.

Visages of Dust: Rover’s Energy Regen is increased by 20%.

Resonating Lamella: When casting Resonance Liberation Echoing Resonance, Rover continuously restores HP for all team members: HP equal to 20% of Rover’s ATK will be restored every second for 5s.

Temporal Virtuoso: Rover’s Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus is increased by 40%.

Echoes of Wanderlust: Resonance Skill Resonating Slashes and Resonance Skill Resonating Spin reduces the target’s Spectro DMG RES by 10% on hit for 20s.
