Kelsey Plum continued where she left off after scoring a season-high 34 points on Tuesday, opening with 7 points in the first quarter. Plum shot 3-3 from the field and 1-1 from three, with the Aces leading 23-20 after a back-and-forth quarter.
The Washington Mystics tied the game at 25, but the Aces went on a 15-2 run to dominate the second quarter and outscore the Mystics 25-15. Chelsea Gray fired up the fans with a full-court dime to Jackie Young midway through the second quarter.

The Aces would go onto lead 48-35 at halftime, with Kelsey Plum scoring 16 points on 6-8 shooting from the field and 4-6 from three. Jackie Young scored 10 points in the half, while A’ja Wilson had 8.
The Aces offense stayed hot in the third quarter, outscoring the Mystics 35-20 while shooting 14-17 (82.4%) from the field and 4-6 (66.7%) from three. Jackie Young, Kelsey Plum, and A’ja Wilson combined to shoot 13-15 in the quarter, accounting for 32 of the Aces 35 points.
With a minute left in the third quarter, the Aces had their largest lead of the game at 32 points, 83-51. They would lead 83-55 entering the fourth and final quarter.
The Aces would lead by 30 points, 89-59, before withdrawing their starters with 7:43 left in the game.Kierstan Bell returned for the Aces after missing 17 games due to injury, shooting 2-4 from the field and 1-1 from three, scoring 5 points. Megan Gustafson scored four of her nine points and grabbed five of her six rebounds in the fourth quarter. The Aces defeated the Mystics 98-77 and are now 6-0 since Chelsea Gray’s return to the lineup.
The Aces had three players in double digits, led by Kelsey Plum with 28 points. Plum went 10-13 from the field and made six three-pointers.

Jackie Young ended with 20 points (8-15 from the field), 10 assists, and 5 rebounds. Young, who only needed three assists, surpassed the 700 career assist mark with ten.
A’ja Wilson, who struggled in the first metting between the teams, rebounded with 18 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. Wilson shot 9-12 (75%) from the field and dished out four assists.
Shatori Walker-Kimbrough led the shorthanded Mystics with 19 points, shooting 7-13 from the field and 3-5 from three. Ariel Atkins ended with 18 points, while Emily Engstler rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10 points.
The Las Vegas Aces will travel to Los Angeles to take on the Sparks on July 5th. The game will tip off 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ION.
