Aliyah Boston's new podcast "Post Moves" with WNBA legend Candace Parker is set to release its first episode on Wednesday.

They wasted no time digging into one of the most viral moments from WNBA All-Star Weekend between Boston and her Indiana Fever teammate, Caitlin Clark.

In a preview clip of the show's premiere — which already stirred up a bit of criticism aboout Angel Reese — Parker put Boston on the spot about taking Clark's drink away from her at a party, and the 2023 No. 1 overall pick defended the decision wholesomely.

"That’s just who I am," said Boston, 23. "I’m like okay, you’re going to be on camera. Let me just slide this out the view so we don’t have to worry about it. No one has to see it.”

Caitlin Clark Moment Captured on Stud Budz Live Stream

The reason Clark was drinking on camera in the first place goes back to the "Stud Budz," also known as Minnesota Lynx players Courtney Williams and Natisha Hiedeman. They did a 72-hour live stream on Twitch following their every move in Indianapolis during All-Star Weekend.

While Clark was distracted by Williams and former Iowa teammate Kate Martin, Boston saw that they were recording and snagged the drink away from her.

Fans shared widespread appreciation for Williams and Hiedeman for letting anyone with a WiFi signal watch along as the WNBA stars cut loose, but some of their antics throughout the weekend proved why Boston wanted to protect her teammate from any potential on-stream embarrassment.

"Post Moves" Podcast Shows A New Side of Aliyah Boston

Similar to the Stud Budz, Boston is another example of a WNBA player using her off-court platform to let fans in on a new side of her personality.

The ability to add context to a viral interaction like the one she had with Clark helped inform how the Fever duo has formed such a close bond that translates on the court.

Boston has been holding it down with fellow Fever All-Star Kelsey Mitchell while Clark remains out with a groin injury, but it is definitely tougher. Boston ranks second in the league in field goal percentage (54.8 percent), thanks in part to the many feeds she gets from Clark.

Instead, it was Boston who gave Clark the assist on All-Star Weekend. Thanks to her new show, fans got to see that the move represented the exact kind of person she is.
