Still sidelined with a groin injury, Caitlin Clark watched on as the Indiana Fever secured their third win in a row, moving above .500 to begin the 2025 WNBA season.

On Thursday, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever to a dominant 81-54 win over A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces to begin a five-game home stand.

Mitchell finished the night as Indiana's top scorer, posting 25 points on 9-of-18 shooting, six assists and two steals. Boston, on the other hand, was efficient from the field, tallying 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting, seven rebounds and two assists.

And both stars did this in under 30 minutes of action. Mitchell finished with 29 while Boston played 24.

In doing so, Boston and Mitchell become the third duo to each score 20 or more points in under 30 minutes of action.

The first Fever duo to accomplish this was Tamika Whitmore and Tan White in a May 30, 2006, win over the New York Liberty. Whitmore finished with 22 points in 22 minutes, while White notched 25 points in 23 minutes.

Fast forward to Sept. 1, 2020, Mitchell and Teaira McCowan became the second Indiana duo to achieve this feat in a loss to the Atlanta Dream. Mitchell had 20 points in 25 minutes and McCowan scored 20 in 27 minutes.

With the win, the Fever improved to 9-8 on the season, moving into third place in the Eastern Conference standings. Clark’s status remains up in the air as Indiana prepares for the second of five straight home games, hosting the Los Angeles Sparks on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. ET.
