All eyes are on the Indiana Fever despite missing Caitlin Clark.

Clark has played 13 games this season and is currently out of the lineup due to injury. While she looks to get back into the Fever lineup, Indiana has won five straight games.

One of the main reasons for the Fever's success has been WNBA guard Aari McDonald, who Indiana added to its roster to help aid the loss of Clark during the season.

McDonald has been a perfect fit for the Fever, recently posting her best performance of the season.

"The perfect missing piece," posted the official social media account of the Indiana Fever." "During our five-game winning streak, @aarimcdonald has been a driving force, averaging 14.0 points per game, including a career-high 27-point performance against the Mercury, as she continues to step up when it matters most."

After the Fever took to social media to shout out McDonald, Aliyah Boston backed Indiana. She went online to send a message on McDonald, reposting the video on her personal social media page.

"Big dawgg," Boston said.

Throughout her first year with the Indiana Fever, Aari McDonald has posted 9.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.

She's playing in place of Caitlin Clark in the backcourt who has posted 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game.

Before playing for the Indiana Fever this season, Aari McDonald spent time with the Los Angeles Sparks in 2024 and was a member of the Atlanta Dream from 2021 to 2023.
