Aliyah Boston and the Indiana Fever are already in their offseason. Their campaign ended on Oct. 1 after losing Game 3 of their first-round series to the Las Vegas Aces. The four-time All-Star sent a strong message to Lexie Hull on Instagram on Monday.
Boston delivered an impressive performance in the 94-83 defeat, recording 19 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks. Kelsey Mitchell scored 23 points on 7-of-23 shooting, while Caitlin Clark added 18 points, four rebounds and three three-pointers. However, she also struggled from the field, converting just 6-of-18 attempts. Hull was held scoreless and registered three rebounds in 13 minutes.
The Aces advanced to the semifinals and faced the Golden State Valkyries. The No. 2-seeded team dethroned the defending champions via a three-game sweep and will take on the Atlanta Dream in the WNBA Finals.
Hull posted a carousel of photos from this season and included a parting message for her fifth WNBA campaign. She highlighted that she has spent her entire career with the Fever.
“half a decade with the @indianafever,” Hull wrote.

Boston dropped a five-word message in the comments section.
“proud of you sexyyyy lexiiii
,” Boston commented.
Hull re-signed with Indiana in April and will remain with the franchise next season, along with Boston. She became a regular part of the starting unit and provided Indiana with timely baskets and hustle. However, the team could have a new-look roster depending on the front office’s offseason moves. Several key players will be unrestricted free agents, most notably Mitchell and Sophie Cunningham. Their Fever futures are up in the air.
Hull and Indiana finished the regular season with a 28-16 record and clinched the No. 6 seed. They have now been eliminated by the Aces in two consecutive years after last season’s second-round exit.
