Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream got their revenge over the Indiana Fever on Thursday night.

On June 4, Caitlin Clark and Co. defeated the Dream at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, 83-71. Atlanta returned to Indianapolis on Thursday for their highly anticipated rematch, and they made sure to even the score.

Reese was instrumental in the Dream’s 108-101 victory. She led the way for Atlanta with 21 points on 8-of-14 shooting, to go along with 11 rebounds and one assist in 29 minutes of action.

The Dream and the Fever have now split their season series, 1-1. They are set to face off again in two days, with Atlanta hosting Indiana at State Farm Arena on Saturday.

Angel Reese’s subtle flex after beating Caitlin Clark, Fever

Reese took to social media shortly after Thursday’s crucial victory. On X, the two-time WNBA All-Star flexed Atlanta’s win with a hyped message.

“DUBSSS IN THE CHATTTT,” she wrote.

Reese also headed to Instagram to celebrate the win. She kept it subtle, though, opting to share Atlanta’s victory post without a caption via an Instagram story. She then followed it up by reposting the Dream’s Player of the Game announcement.

“She’s special, ATL! And she should be an All-Star!

“Angel Reese is your @albertapp Player of the Game! Use the link in our bio to send her to the 2026 All-Star Game

” Atlanta’s Instagram post read.

Thursday marked Reese’s first win over Clark and the Fever now that she’s with the Dream. This follows the 24-year-old’s blockbuster trade from the Chicago Sky during the offseason.

The Dream made it back-to-back wins on Thursday, improving to 10-4. They are now just half a game behind the 11-4 New York Liberty for the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference.

The Fever, on the other hand, saw their four-game winning streak come to an end. They dropped to 9-6 and are 1.5 games behind the Dream in the East.
