The Golden State Valkyries fed Angel Reese some humble pie this week.
Golden State celebrated their 2026 WNBA championship victory with a parade in San Francisco, Calif. on Wednesday. The Valkyries had prevailed in seven games over Reese and the Atlanta Dream to take the title.
At one point during the celebration, Reese found herself getting trolled. Retired former Golden State Warriors champion Festus Ezeli, who now serves as a Bay Area sports analyst, participated in the Valkyries’ parade as a fan ambassador of sorts.
Video went viral of Ezeli holding up a shirt of Reese doing her “too small” taunt during Game 3 of the WNBA Finals against the Valkyries. But the shirt had the Crying Jordan meme in place of Reese’s real face.

The “too small” taunt has long been one of Reese’s favorite moves, and she was seen doing the taunt as Atlanta won Game 3 of the Finals against the Valkyries in a 97-71 blowout. But Golden State recovered to win three of the next four games against the Dream along with the WNBA championship, leaving Reese looking quite foolish as a result.
Reese has since announced that she plans to take a step back from public life after losing in the Finals. But even so, Reese’s own actions have ensured that her haters will still have plenty of ammo against her in the meantime.
