The Chicago Sky are headed into a new chapter of the organization and Angel Reese is front and center.

Reese is entering her second season in the WNBA, already considered one of the top players in the league.

As Reese prepares for year two of her WNBA career, she took to social media, showcasing a new release from one of the most well-known sports brands in the basketball industry, Reebok.

The official social media account of Reebok posted a photo of Dallas Wings star DiJonai Carrington in their official release announcement.

"New flame," posted Reebok. "Same drive. The Energy Red Engine A lands tomorrow, May 15."

In the photo, Carrington was rocking low-top Reebok basketball shoes with a red chrome accent and an orange sole.

Angel Reese reposted Reebok's announcement on social media and liked the photo, seemingly showing support for the brand.

Angel Reese originally signed with Reebok during her college days with the LSU Tigers in 2023. She then signed a contract extension with the sneaker and apparel company in 2024.

Upon the release of the announcement, Reebok's head of basketball, Jide Osifeso, shared her thoughts on the partnership.

"Reebok and Angel are growing together every day and our visions for the future are aligned," Osifeso said, per Shams Charania at ESPN. "We're excited to continue the relationship with a ground-up build of her signature silhouette."

During Angel Reese' rookie season with the Chicago Sky, the star forward posted 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.

Reese, who led the Sky to a 13-27 record, was the only rookie to average a double-double and led the WNBA in average rebounds.

Reese and Co. take on the Indiana Fever on Saturday, May 17 at 3 p.m. EST.
