Angel Reese Names Her 'Favorite' Sports Reporter

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese expressed her admiration for a sports reporter.

Throughout her basketball career, the WNBA star has been interviewed by numerous media personnel, but she recently singled out her "favorite" among them.

Sports journalist and broadcaster Taylor Rooks, known for her thought-provoking interviews, posted highlights from the Unrivaled game between Rose BC and Phantom BC that she covered on Monday. She featured players including Reese, DiJonai Carrington, Rickea Jackson, Jewell Loyd and Breanna Stewart.

In her Instagram post, the 32-year-old shared a captivating caption that highlighted her support for women empowering women.

“My kind of Girls Night in Miami #Unrivaled,” she wrote.

Besides fans commenting on her striking courtside outfit, Rooks also received powerful messages from WNBA stars.

Mist BC’s Carrington remarked, “The baddesttt.”

Interestingly, Angel Reese also chimed in. Instead of focusing on her beauty, the Sky forward expressed admiration for the sportscaster.

“My favorite reporter,” the Sky forward stated.

The post instantly garnered the attention of fans who agreed with Reese.

“She’s all our favorite!” a fan wrote, while another remarked, “Both of y’all my favorite.”

A social media user also praised Reese for her "girls' girl" gesture toward Rooks.

“Awwww, I love to see Sistars supporting and uplifting each other!!! Such a beautiful thing!!!!” a fan noted.

Reese is currently playing for Rose BC alongside Brittney Sykes, Azura Stevens, Kahleah Copper, Lexie Hull and Chelsea Gray.
