Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese delivered an impressive performance on Monday, helping Rose Basketball Club secure a 71-59 win over Phantom Basketball Club in the Unrivaled league.

With 23 points, 14 rebounds and five assists, Reese played a key role in Rose’s fifth consecutive victory, pushing them to second place in the standings.

After the game, Reese shared her mindset and work ethic, making it clear that her success is no accident.

"I'm just trying to get better every single day," Reese said in an interview with sports reporter Taylor Rooks.

"First one in the gym, last one to leave the gym. I just want to put in the work every day because I don't ever want to feel like I'm out of work. The work gonna show, and I'm excited to get back to Chicago. Go Sky!"

Reese’s determination has been evident throughout the Unrivaled season. Despite Rose starting with just one win in their first five games, the team has turned things around, proving doubters wrong.

Reese is set to return to the WNBA with the Chicago Sky after a rookie season in 2024, where she earned All-Star honors and led the league in rebounds.

With her relentless work ethic and competitive spirit, Reese continues to silence critics and inspire fans. As she prepares for the WNBA season, her message is clear—she's putting in the work and the results will follow.
