Angel Reese Shares Cool Partnership Update on Friday

The Chicago Sky and NCAA champion Angel Reese reposted a promo from Reebok on Friday afternoon, teasing a new sneaker drop on May 15.

"Introducing the new Engine A in Black," wrote Reebok on X, along with a picture of the black sneakers. "Available May 15th on http://Reebok.com."

Many fans noticed that Reese reposted this and wondered if there was a correlation, especially since Reese has been spotted multiple times rocking never-before-seen Reebok shoes during basketball games. Most recently, the 23-year-old athlete was sporting a new clouds-inspired pattern of the Reebok Engine A at the first WNBA preseason game last Friday against the Brazil National Team.

It is important to note that Reese started her endorsements with Reebok back in October 2023 when NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal became Reebok's president of basketball.

The LSU alumni became one of the first athletes signed by the brand under the new leadership. A year later, she signed a multi-year endorsement contract extension with Reebok, which included a signature shoe that will be released in 2026.

Beyond Reebok, other notable endorsements include deals with McDonald's and Reese's. She's also partnered with Amazon, Beats by Dre, PlayStation and Cash App over the past two years. Additionally, Reese had brand deals with Airbnb and Mielle Organics.

Outside of basketball, Reese has carved out her own lane in the fashion industry. On Monday evening, she attended the Met Gala in New York City for the second year in a row.

Whether it's her tunnel fits or campaign shoots, she always brings a confident, unapologetic style that resonates with her fans.
