Angel Reese got off to a dominant start with the Atlanta Dream. In their first game of the 2026 WNBA season, Reese recorded 11 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, two steals and three blocks to help Atlanta take a 91-90 win over the Minnesota Lynx.
Reese also delivered the game-saving block, as she rejected Emese Hof to preserve the Dream's one-point lead at the buzzer.
On Tuesday as the Dream faced the Dallas Wings in their second game, Reese continued her brilliant start. She dominated the painted area and the glass once again, even pulling off a highlight-reel-worthy play.
During the contest, Reese grabbed an offensive rebound and bullied her way to the rim against three Wings defenders. Dallas guard Odyssey Sims was in front of the Dream star, but she couldn't do anything to stop her from scoring.
Even better, Reese flexed after the play and used the popular "too small" gesture to highlight how the Wings couldn't stop her. As Dallas fans booed her, the two-time All-Star didn't back down and proceeded to gesture to the crowd to keep it coming.
Reese had every right to flex and taunt her opponents, though. After all, Dallas couldn't find a way to slow her down or contain the rest of the Dream squad.
The 24-year-old forward finished with 12 points, 16 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block as Atlanta secured a 77-72 victory.
Allisha Gray led the Dream in scoring with 26 points, while Jordin Canada added 19.
