New York Liberty star Breanna Stewart is on the road to recovery after undergoing knee surgery following her Mist BC team’s elimination from the Unrivaled playoffs.

While fans and fellow athletes flooded her Instagram with well-wishes, Chicago Sky star Angel Reese took a different approach—letting her reaction speak for itself.

Stewart, a two-time WNBA MVP, announced the procedure on Instagram, posting a photo of herself from the hospital.

“Small thing to a giant might or might not retire the leg sleeve but definitely getting rid of all that tape, iykyk,” Stewart wrote.

Her post quickly drew attention from the basketball community, with players and fans sending messages of encouragement.
