The Indiana Fever are diving into the Upside Down, again. On Wednesday, July 23, the team officially unveiled its Stranger Things-inspired alternate jerseys ahead of their Thursday matchup against the Las Vegas Aces. The collaboration with Netflix marks the return of one of the most talked-about uniform drops in WNBA history, just in time for the final season of the hit series.
These aren’t new threads for the Fever, but they’ve been redesigned with sharper visuals and deeper intention. The uniforms, featuring bold black and red tones and horror-styled lettering, were first launched in 2021. This time, they’re back with heightened relevance and massive demand.
The new “Rebel Edition” uniforms are a clear nod to the cultural force that is Stranger Things. From the “011” stitched into the waistband to the team name printed in the series’ signature font, every detail is deliberate. The claw-like patterns and speckled red-and-black color scheme add to the eerie aesthetic, merging the worlds of WNBA basketball and supernatural suspense.
“This jersey represents the fierce spirit of our team and the fearless energy of Stranger Things – two forces that never back down,” Fever COO and general manager Amber Cox said in a statement. “As we celebrate our team and the cultural phenomenon that is Stranger Things, we’re thrilled to bring back this awesome collaboration with Netflix.”
With all the new Kobe PEs Caitlin has been wearing, I can’t help but see the writing on the wall: a Stranger Things Kobe PE

The jerseys have quickly become collector’s items, especially with Caitlin Clark’s face leading the WNBA’s current surge in popularity. Indiana also released a locker room video on social media, showing players reacting to the uniforms. Lexie Hull shouted, “Stranger Things, baby!” as players walked into a themed locker room glowing with red and purple lights.
Merchandise featuring Clark , Aliyah Boston, and Kelsey Mitchell is already live on the Fever’s store and at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, with customizable options available for fans. T-shirts, hoodies, and other Stranger Things apparel have also dropped, all timed with the lead-up to Netflix’s Season 5 premiere beginning Thanksgiving.
The team will wear these uniforms seven times this season, starting Thursday, July 24, against the Aces, followed by games on July 30, August 9, August 12, August 26, August 29, and September 9.
